Common areas we find are soil stack vent pipes, ceiling mounted whole house fans, electrical wire and box penetrations, drop soffits, knee walls, recessed lights, top plate gaps, attic entry hatches.

Ventilation is important in various areas of your bome. Bathroom and vents need to vent out the warm moist air from your home to the out side. Attic insulation is also checked.

We add soffit vent chutes to help with air intake of your attic
If necessary we can also add gable vents, roof vents and also soffit grills outside the house under the overhang soffit area.
